meeting. It is a mandatory and important meeting,:

second opinion about my contagiousnessness or whatever, but here is

think is up.
Steve and Nikki will be PMs and run the meeting in my absence...
1. Retreat- thank Andrew for getting it paid for and finalized... Thank
Roberto and Megan for working so hard at it and getting screwed over
a lot
2. Design update- meeting; how deqadlines are going
2.b. TD update
3. TD scheduling-- how it will work for pre-build etc...
4. Scheduling update (Nikki, work on stuff for quarter)
5. reminder designer run-thru Feb 22 Main Stage Mem Aud. 7-11, best
to
come 9-11 if no other time...
6. Show update... how are rehearsals, orchestra, tech staff

Production meeting
March 1, 2000
Wednesday
After rehearsal 11:00 pm
Terra
1. Going to retirement homes time and days and who and how
2. Publicity... I have intermission and other daily contacts (tied
into item #1)
3. Stephen Schwartz was awesome
4. deposit... still need people's money
5. Lighting design. Moving lights? Extra help. Amit Caroline, Chad.
Who will be doing what?
Plans? timeline? staff? dates?
6. Set Design-- it is done, cut lists made-- items ordered--build
starting.
7. Sound design. Purchase order done, crew time, sound effect list
due from SD and ASD and director, please prepare this before the meeting
(Andrew's # 7-6965) (Mike's # 7-7223)
8. Final rehearsal's--- plan scheduling of any "ANY" extra...
9. Build schedule, finalized... Send in your e-mails if you are doing
pre-build, we will start filling jobs Thursday
10. TD update
11. Brenting!?!?!? when going?
12. Costumes- Measuring, mixing, building, fitting
13. Schedule for the rest of the production has been sent out. Make
changes if you need to...
14. Ads. Final call for places that you think may want to sponsor us
15. money and how it works. Get receipts and give them to me. Make
sure that the purchases have been apporved
16. No more bull cockny
18. publicity call, final one. photo call
19. pictures, press-releases, posters, programs, t-shirts, video. All
due and done
20. Fire update from Andrew and Scott
17. new business
if not too long
21. call times for performaces
22. picking performance (extra)
23. tickets & ticket sales already to OSA need a table from hillel
24. ushers and tech hiring.
